A career attorney and mediator, Emanuel Caiati has conducted a successful practice in Houston since 1996. His specialty involves representing people in matters of child custody litigation and divorce, and he has extensive experience in collaborative law.

Caiati's background includes representing the children of divorce as a child advocate. He has also worked as an instructor in child advocacy training and an associate law professor at San Jacinto College.

Patricia Barrett is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA), and a credentialed Mediator, having completed mediation training at the University of Houston School of Law. With more than 20 years experience in finance, Patricia is well trained in the intricacies of financial and divorce planning.

During her career, Patricia has assisted hundreds of individuals and couples work through the difficult problems involved in the divorce process. She condenses the information to describe primary issues, concentrating on areas that matter most, and illustrating the benefits and costs of choices to help clients move through each issue confidently.

Ms Barrett has the expertise needed to bring about a peaceful divorce settlement whenever possible, and can guide clients skillfully when that is not possible.
